His completely unique conduct makes way for a few fantastic comedy around the show. He's also obsessive in naturel and would like everything to be just excellent. During the episodes of Monk seasons 1-7 DVD boxsets, Monk keeps arranging and re-arranging things till he drives all people else insane.
He fears germs and just about something that he touches which can make him lovable but really humorous.Tony Shalhoub's functionality as Monk is rather flawless and he suits the character perfectly as he portrays Monk's obsessions and phobias with perfection. Tony had received a Golden World award and an Emmy Award for Perfect Actor for his performance in Monk.Nonetheless, Monk's character is simply not the one strong efficiency within the series.
